We are currently seeking a dynamic Traffic/Shipping Coordinator to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.
As a Traffic/Shipping Coordinator, you will:
- Daily shipment management.
- Communicate with worldwide customers about the shipment delivery, customer complaints, documentation, and special request.
- Communicate with production team, supply team, and 3rd party logistic center.

Support daily shipment fulfillment during quarter end/month end.
We Are Looking For:

- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
- Ability to properly handle confidential information and records.
- Able to work under fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Experience with import/export is a beneficial.
- Experience in Oracle platform is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Bachelor degree is preferred.
