The Associate Marketing Operations, Campaign Content, & Event Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, operational initiatives, and events. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and technical teams to help drive execution, improve coordination, and support scalable marketing processes and initiatives. The position will also support emerging AI-enabled marketing workflows and operational improvements across the marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing programs, campaigns and operational initiatives

- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, digital campaigns, customer engagements, workshops,

and related activities

- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams

- Partner with external vendors, event partners, agencies, and service providers to support successful event execution and program delivery

- Maintain project plans, status updates, action trackers, and operational documentation

- Support marketing workflow improvements and process optimization efforts

- Assist with coordination of AI-enabled marketing tools and workflow initiatives

- Prepare presentations, program materials, reporting, and executive-ready updates as needed

- Partner with internal stakeholders to support execution of strategic marketing and operational priorities

- Contribute to special projects and evolving business initiatives as assigned.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $90,000 - $115,000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, Bonus eligibility is reviewed at time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion
