You would act as the Systems Engineer for Network Operations.
As a Systems Engineer, you will:
- Play an integral role in providing pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
- Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients.
Effectively carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
- Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demo.
- Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
- Travel to upcountry areas and work directly with customers on-site.
We Are Looking For:

- Client-facing roles, assisting external customers with specific products.
- Excellent oral and written skills to explain technical concepts and framework.
- Deep knowledge in a specific domain and exceptional skillset in Unified SASE (Secure Access Service Edge, SDWAN, Universal ZTNA, DLP) and Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
- Play a specialist role in NetOps contributing to technical strategies, designing solutions, and overseeing project delivery to clients.
- Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose, provide Unified SASE and CNAPP solution framework and implementation solution to clients.
- Actively engage with customers in explaining complex technical info to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking to diagnose complex problems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
- Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals and POC demonstration in NetOps.
- Effectively carry out domain specialist in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
- High focus on client satisfaction.
- Team-oriented and cooperative in achieving shared goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
