Sales Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Analyst to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be an essential business partner to the EMEA Sales organization. You will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to a designated group of field and inside sales professionals, ensuring they have the tools, insights, and processes needed to drive performance and deliver results.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Drive forecast accuracy through metrics, analysis, and inspection, partnering closely with sales leaders.

  • Ensure opportunity and pipeline management excellence, including data hygiene and process adherence.

  • Support QBRs, strategic planning cycles, and other field-facing activities with sales leadership.

  • Serve as the first-line administrative contact for Field Sales and Inside Sales teams.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues within your scope, collaborating with supervisors, peers, technical support, and cross-functional teams as needed.

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach in all interactions.

  • Deliver reporting, analytics, and data interpretation to support business decisions.

  • Build and maintain ad hoc Salesforce reports and dashboards.

  • Manage the end-to-end quota collection process for the GRAD organization you support.

  • Provide administrative input and guidance to support the forecast process for the GRAD.

  • Deliver ad hoc training to sales teams as required.
