Field Channel Marketing Manager – Central & Southeastern Europe, Israel and Greece

Location:Warsaw, Poland

Position: 4 days in office

The role - What we have to offer:

We have an exciting opportunity in our office in Poland for a B2B Field Channel Marketing Manager for Central & Southeastern Europe, Israel and Greece: the role will lead and coordinate all channel marketing to and through our active distributor and reseller base.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing channel performance and identifying channel sales growth opportunities in the region.

  • Defining the channel marketing tactics to leverage to support the success of the region, together with the Local Channel Directors,

  • Managing and developing programs offered by Fortinet to distribution channel and customer facing partners (SIs, VARs, MSSPs, Telcos …) to increase revenues and brand preference.

  • Managing the budget and measuring results of all channel partner related activities, in close cooperation with their respective account managers and channel data analysts.

  • Developing effective programs with Fortinet distributors to recruit, onboard and rapidly activate new channel partners.

  • Providing marketing consultancy to Fortinet distributors and engage directly with Expert and Advanced partners and new resellers to develop cooperative programs to build the sales pipeline.

  • Encouraging the adoption of the full Fortinet products portfolio by channel partners, and the development of their expertise in new high growth areas.

  • Managing and organizing Fortinet’s presence at partner conferences and events, supporting channel partners in organizing seminars and events, and leading the production of event materials.

  • Coordinating content creation for various purposes and tools as needed (ex. sales or marketing materials, advertorials, catalogues, channel and end user campaigns, websites).

  • Increasing Fortinet’s brand preference in the region´s channel partner communities, using online, social media and offline strategies.

  • Briefing and leading external agencies and suppliers as required.

  • Taking the lead in the implementation and surveillance of the correct usage of the company’s brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand appearance internally and externally.

  • Working in close cooperation with the Field Marketing Managers in the region to deliver a full spectrum Marketing approach; from End User to Partners.

Requirements

  • Strong and extensive expertise in channel marketing within the IT security, telecom or software industry.

  • Proven record of working under pressure, independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong business acumen

  • Good understanding of online and offline channel communications as well as presentation and project management skills.

  • A proactive and highly motivated attitude and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

  • Fluency in English and Polish. Fluency in other language(s) from the region covered would be an advantage.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to plan and execute successful marketing programs

  • Ability to manage the planning and execution of programs in a deadline-driven environment

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, responsive, strong organization and communication skills

  • Knowledge of CRM Systems and how to maximize them for efficient lead distribution and reporting

  • Proficient use of MS Office applications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related degree
