Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Field Marketing Specialist/Manager in a tier 1 B2B technology or cybersecurity company.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish a must).
- Extraordinary organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry and the indirect channel ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success managing vendors and marketing agencies.
- Expertise in executing integrated campaigns across digital, events, and social platforms and in-person events.
- Familiarity with SFDC and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Eloqua)
- Knowledge of telemarketing/business development and sales processes.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Channels, Engineering), partners, and customers.
- Experience in thought leadership initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 50%. Ideal candidate should be in Colombia or Puerto Rico
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA and marketing certifications a plus).

Collaborate on campaigns that position Fortinet as the cybersecurity leader in the region through PR, media engagement, and content-driven initiatives. - Pipeline Generation
Design and implement integrated marketing programs and events that deliver measurable marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced opportunities in alignment with regional sales goals. - Market Insights & Strategy
Analyze market trends and customer needs to create compelling offers and competitive programs tailored to the Caribbean and Central America. - Integrated Campaign Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of inbound and outbound activities, including events, roadshows, workshops, and webinars; and collaborate in email campaigns, digital marketing, and social media.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and pipeline growth through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives in the Caribbean and Central America regions (NOLA). This role focuses on creating impactful programs that generate marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced opportunities, strengthen Fortinet’s position as a cybersecurity leader, and enable our partners and sales teams to succeed.
