We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager of Operations to lead and enhance our warehouse fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient handling of inbound and outbound goods, maintaining operational compliance, and overseeing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on warehouse fulfillment, labor planning, continuous improvement, and compliance with working time regulations.
As a Senior Manager of Operations, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse fulfillment activities, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer and business expectations.
- Develop and implement staffing schedules to support peak volumes and seasonal fluctuations, including quarter-end and year-end periods.
- Identify and execute process improvements to optimize space utilization, material flow, labor efficiency, and system usage.
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and accountability in operations.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as pick accuracy, fulfillment rates, cycle times, and inventory accuracy.
- Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance standards.
- Train, coach, and supervise warehouse team members; foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align operations with overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions, shipment records, and operational performance metrics.
We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management.
- Equipped with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
