We have an exciting opportunity based within the EMEA FORTINET Channel Team where we are looking for our new Channel Development Manager.
He/she will play a key role in strengthening the relationship between Fortinet and its channel ecosystem, which includes Partners, Distributors and Channel Account Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring that all critical information impacting our channel community is effectively communicated, both internally and externally.
The Channel Development Manager leads the development of clear, consistent and impactful content for enablement purposes, acting as the central point of contact for channel related communications, messaging and documentation.

Location
Any major city in EMEA where Fortinet has an office.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary owner of all communications directed to our EMEA Channel ecosystem
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of internal and external information related to the channel strategy, solutions updates and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop manage and update enablement materials including presentations, brochures, FAQs, step-by-step guide, newsletters and playbooks.
  • Oversee the drafting, review and approval of internal and external channel communication emails.
  • Maintain and regularly update content on the partner portal and intranet to ensure accurate and effective messaging
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders: channel leadership, sales team, Distribution, Renewal, Channel Operation, Sales Enablement team and Corporate Marketing in the US. To collect input, understand business and channel priorities to translate complex topics into simple and actionable messages.
  • Ensure that all messaging to the channel ecosystem is consistent, professional and aligned with Fortinet’s positioning.
  • Support the roll out of new programs, solutions or channel initiatives by designing targeted enablement tailored for partners, distributors and CAMs
  • Monitor communication effectiveness, gather partner and internal feedback to continuously optimize messages to our Channel community.

You will be reporting directly to the EMEA Channel VP.

What do we expect you to bring?

  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, including partners, distributors, and channel account managers.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messages
  • Demonstrated ability to produce professional-grade content, such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and documentation
  • Proven experience in a channel, enablement, or partner communication role within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with channel, sales, product, marketing, and enablement teams.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex messaging and highlight the specific value proposition for the channel.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and changing environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a strong asset)
  • High level of project management and organizational skills
  • Great at Execution! understanding, designing the right process
