Channel Account Manager - EMEA

Location: Sophia-Antipolis(preference) or any major city in EMEA where Fortinet has an office.

Position: 4 days in office

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Account Manager to drive execution of our channel programs across EMEA and develop partners in Fortinet’s main growth engines: SecOps, SASE and OT.

This role will be responsible for monitoring field execution of the EMEA Channel Development Program with a strong focus on SASE, SecOps and OT partner development. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of channel dynamics and cybersecurity coupled with international experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of Channel Development programs with the Channel account managers in EMEA.
  • Meet with partners to present the Fortinet channel value proposition
  • Work closely with channel account managers to build dedicated plans with strategic partners to develop their journey in SASE, SecOps or OT.
  • Monitor channel program adoption, pipeline contribution, and partner performance
  • Act as a bridge between EMEA channel leadership, local channel sales, and partners to ensure program adoption.
  • Drive partner technical expertise through partner specializations, increase their certification, and enablement resources.
  • Track, measure, report on partner performance and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to refine channel programs and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Channel ecosystems and cybersecurity is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel development, partner management, or business development within cybersecurity, networking, or IT.
  • Proven track record of driving programs execution
  • Ability to build strong partner and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a strong asset)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.
