to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As a Development Infrastructure & IT engineer, you will:

• IT Operations:
  1. Provide essential IT support, including configuring and maintaining user hardware and software.
  2. Manage and optimize computer systems, networks, and servers.
  3. Utilize and manage Active Directory.
  4. Ensure system resilience through business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Development Environment Management:
  1. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our internal Labs & Staging environments.
  2. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across our compute, storage, and network layers.
  3. Manage the full lifecycle of virtual machines.
  4. Execute system patching, upgrades, and configuration changes adhering to change management policies.
  5. Implement and validate disaster recovery and backup solutions using tools such as Veeam.
  6. Partner with security teams to maintain compliance and robust security posture.
  7. Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell.
  8. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure elements.
  9. Collaborate closely with all R&D teams to support their infrastructure needs.

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

• Excellent understanding of IT best practices and change management workflows.
• Proven familiarity with VMWare and Proxmox infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Bonus points for familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
