Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Fortinet is looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Generalist to support our expanding team across Eastern & Southeastern Europe (13 countries). You will be a trusted partner for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters across 13 EMEA countries, including Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine.
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries in a customer-oriented manner.
- Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, benefit enrollments, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Assist employees with certificates, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR data entry and audits in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Immigration & Mobility
- Support employees and managers through immigration and mobility processes.
- Coordinate with third-party providers for immigration services and oversee the entire process until completion.
Compliance & Local Regulations
- Stay up to date with Czech labor laws and regional HR compliance across multiple EMEA locations.
- Support policy updates and ensure alignment with local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in employee communication regarding local and global HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Benefits & Total Rewards Support
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to implement and manage local benefits programs.
- Administer local benefits and coordinate employee enrollments.
HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Support regional and global HR projects, identifying areas for process improvement and automation.
- Contribute to scaling HR operations while maintaining a best-in-class employee experience.
- Fluent in Czech and English (Polish is a plus).
- Solid experience providing HR support in an international organization.
- Strong knowledge of Czech labor laws, compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience in immigration support within the Czech Republic.
- Experience in HR operations in Poland is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask across various HR functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Project management experience, with the ability to implement HR initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
