EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Generalist – Copenhagen, Denmark
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
About the RoleFortinet is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing EMEA team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and an excellent employee experience across multiple countries.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related matters across multiple EMEA locations.
- Provide HR support across all employee lifecycle stages, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Partner with managers to ensure smooth and consistent HR processes.
- Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Support employees with obtaining certificates, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and audit data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Immigration & Mobility
- Support employees and managers through immigration and mobility processes.
- Liaise with third-party providers to facilitate visa applications and international assignments.
Compliance & Local Regulations
- Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and regulations, while supporting other EMEA locations as needed.
- Assist with updating policies and communicating HR guidelines to employees.
- Maintain and manage HR documentation, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Benefits & Total Rewards Support
- Work closely with the Total Rewards team to implement and manage local benefits programs.
- Administer benefits enrollments and provide employee support.
HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Contribute to regional and global HR projects to enhance processes and improve the employee experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR operations.
- Fluent in Danish and English (Swedish is a plus).
- 5-7 years of HR experience in an international organization.
- Strong knowledge of Danish labor laws and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing employee mobility and immigration processes is an advantage.
- Project management skills with the ability to implement HR initiatives and meet deadlines.
