We are looking for a demand generation trailblazer to bring passion, creativity, and entrepreneurial ingenuity to help us meet our revenue growth goals. You will leverage your multi-channel expertise, experimental mindset, and problem-solving attitude to reach and engage our target accounts, segments, and personas

Your primary charter is to identify pipeline generating opportunities, prioritize based on impact, execute with urgency, iterate leveraging data and insights, and scale to increase marketing’s contribution to revenue. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, take decisive action rooted in analytics, and enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the demand generation strategy including research, budget, execution, and reporting to deliver qualified leads and sales-ready opportunities to grow pipeline
  • Understand value drivers for target accounts, and launch programs to effectively progress through the funnel
  • Own key metrics across programs to continually evaluate and assess new methods and opportunities to reach key personas and progress accounts
  • Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, content, and tactic mix while working cross-functionally to identify gaps and action plans for developing new marketing playbooks
  • Partner closely with web and digital teams to develop inbound marketing and optimization strategies to drive more qualified ideal-customer-profile (ICP) traffic and help improve conversions
  • Scale and continuously optimize nurture and re-engagement programs to activate existing contacts and accelerate qualified leads further down the funnel
  • Be a partner to sales, align on objectives and targeting, ensure clear hand-offs (and pass-backs), maintain an actionable feedback loop, and ensure proper visibility into the pipeline
  • Provide clear program enablement to MDRs/SDRs and monitor lead lifecycle
  • Support a culture of testing and optimization while driving long-term strategy

Skill Requirements

  • At least 7-10 years of demand generation experience within global B2B SaaS organizations
  • 10+ years of overall Marketing and/or Sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of full funnel demand gen strategy, and persona mapping to the buyer’s journey
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading production timelines
  • Outstanding ability to effectively communicate strategy and results to leadership and functional partners
  • Proactive self-starter with demonstrated experience optimizing and improving results with data and strong attention to detail
  • Command of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journey, competitive positioning, funnel stages, buying groups, etc
  • Hands-on experience with key platforms within our marketing stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Drift, Tableau

Comp: Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 USD Annually + Bonus + Equity + Benefits (including health, dental, wellness reimbursement, BetterUp coaching/learning programs, and more)
