Based in Mountain View CA, Lacework is funded by Sutter Hill Ventures.</span></p> <p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">The Customer Success Architect Role is responsible for technical post sales support within Lacework’s technical services organization. Typical activities include hosting 1:many customer calls to enable customers on data onboarding, and best practice methodologies for managing their environments. Hosting product update calls. Providing approved custom solutions. The role requires excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills, and previous experience with AWS (GCP and Azure is very beneficial) and security architectures. You will help existing customers understand the benefits of Lacework, explaining technical features and problem-solving any potential roadblocks.</span></p> <p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Primary focus is building scalable programs to support all customers including:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Managing 1:Many customer webinars including </span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Onboarding </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Hosting Office Hours on technical product related “how to” topics </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Monthly Product Release Updates </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Continuous Development (Use Case and Process Best Practices)</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Create technical training content as needed to support customers, delivery partners and internal delivery teams (multi-media)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collating good practice framework documentation and templates</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Building good practice framework documentation and templates that can be replicated at scale.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Custom customer security architecture consultation and content that can be replicated at scale.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Providing guidance and support for new Product feature requests.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Community moderation and engagement </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Customer lifecycle communication response management</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">5+ Years Experience serving in the capacity of a technical engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience presenting and delivering technical demo's to executives, architects, and technical staff.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to login to a Linux console and write a simple Bash script. (with heavy Google help!)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Understanding of tools like Puppet, Chef or Ansible</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points if you Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent from Azure or GCP</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience in and understanding of cloud deployments - especially as it relates to security and compliance requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Previous DevOps/DevSecOps experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Previous Compliance audit experience (either Auditor or being audited)</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Comp: </strong>Salary Range:<strong> </strong>$136,000 - $150,000 USD Annually + Bonus + Equity + <a href="https://www.lacework.com/careers/">Benefits</a> (including health, dental, wellness reimbursement, BetterUp coaching/learning programs, and more)</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Lacework is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
