Lacework is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Specialist reporting to the Head of Sales & Partner Operations. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will have a passion to help those around you and learn everything you can about the company so you can help make our sellers’ job easier, increase their productivity, and improve Laceworks customer experience.

This role can be in person in our Mountain View, CA office, or remote in the pacific time zone.

  • In this multi-functional role, you’ll contribute to our rapidly growing organization and play a critical part in supporting and streamlining our revenue initiatives and processes.
  • Drive the adoption and enforce governance around sales processes, cadences, and tools with sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • Own data quality and data hygiene within CRM by monitoring entries, enforcing policies, and updating master data.
  • Become a subject matter expert of our SFDC environment. Identify issues, brainstorm solutions, perform testing, documenting, and organizing new processes to optimize and scale a growing business.
  • Design sales territories, ideal customer profile prospects, and account segmentation strategies to keep sellers focused on securing revenue.
  • Provide guidance and assist creating and reviewing quotes as well as order forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Grow with the role, leading projects related to team initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role supporting sales and territories, preferably for a software sales organization.
  • Curious, quick learner, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record to take ownership of multiple projects.
  • You take initiative and aren’t afraid to suggest new ideas or bring creative sales approaches to the table.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SFDC.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD Annually + Bonus + Equity + Benefits (including health, dental, wellness reimbursement, BetterUp coaching/learning programs, and more)
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training and skill level.
