As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will have a passion to help those around you and learn everything you can about the company so you can help make our sellers’ job easier, increase their productivity, and improve Laceworks customer experience.</span> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">This role can be in person in our Mountain View, CA office, or remote in the pacific time zone.</span> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">In this multi-functional role, you’ll contribute to our rapidly growing organization and play a critical part in supporting and streamlining our revenue initiatives and processes.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Drive the adoption and enforce governance around sales processes, cadences, and tools with sales leaders and individual contributors.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Own data quality and data hygiene within CRM by monitoring entries, enforcing policies, and updating master data.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Become a subject matter expert of our SFDC environment. Identify issues, brainstorm solutions, perform testing, documenting, and organizing new processes to optimize and scale a growing business.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Design sales territories, ideal customer profile prospects, and account segmentation strategies to keep sellers focused on securing revenue.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Provide guidance and assist creating and reviewing quotes as well as order forms for accuracy and completeness.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Grow with the role, leading projects related to team initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">Qualifications</span> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role supporting sales and territories, preferably for a software sales organization.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Curious, quick learner, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record to take ownership of multiple projects.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">You take initiative and aren’t afraid to suggest new ideas or bring creative sales approaches to the table.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SFDC.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work the Lacer Way, manifest our company values.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"> <p>Lacework is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
