WHY LACEWORK NEEDS YOU

Our CSP Alliances team is growing, and we are looking for a United Kingdom based Sr. Alliance Partner Manager with a passion for strategic thinking and skills for developing and extending our partnerships with the cloud service providers, particularly AWS.

The Role:

  • Build, execute, and continuously refine our strategic partnership with AWS by designing a strategic business plan for UK and Northern Europe
  • Execute the plan by building GTM pursuit and champion plans to co-sell with AWS (plus other cloud service partners)
  • Creation and alignment of partner “go to market” activities like webinar, blog, case study, competencies, and localized regional partner plans, etc.
  • Build partner organizational charts (business and technical), champion targets and executive mapping with your existing or new relationships
  • Work with existing VAR/Channel partners and Lacework Channel Managers on co-selling strategies and alignment
  • Build internal network and relationships with key stakeholders, including management, operations, finance, marketing, channel managers, product/engineering, and most importantly sales/sales leadership teams
  • Quickly get command of the message: Own and live our culture and values
  • Manage all of your sales activity in Salesforce
  • Own your franchise
  • Aspire and develop skills/plan to lead a team as we continue to grow

Qualifications:

  • You are strategic, resilient, engaging with people and a natural self-starter with at least 10-15 years of partner/alliances/sales experience
  • World class time management and listening skills
  • A leader who inspires excitement in partners and the Lacework teams you will engage
  • Proven experience working with growing technology alliances relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication/sales skills
  • Experience writing effective strategy presentations documentation
  • Referenceable knowledge of cloud automation and management principles and experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud infrastructures
  • You thrive in open environments that encourage education, cooperation, and teamwork
  • Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value via the use of advanced software engineering and technology consulting services
  • Deep understanding of technology trends and ability to drive positive change from a broad industry perspective via the latest technology solutions in Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernisation, DevOps, Agile, Automation, and more
  • Technical/pre-sales background a plus
