Key Job Responsibilities:

The Lacework Workplace team is looking for a self-motivated scrappy individual to oversee the day-to-day office operations and maintenance for our London office. This individual will also be responsible for overseeing high-quality Workplace services in our Belfast and Paris offices. In collaboration with our cross-functional partners, you will help facilitate in-office events, onsite team gatherings, and much more as we return to the office. The Workplace experience team works in partnership with our People team, finance, and IT teams to ensure a positive in-office experience working in our London office and other EMEA locations.

Please Note* - This role is required to be in office in our London location with some travel expectations

What you will do:

  • Responsible for physical office maintenance; maintaining inventory of kitchen and administrative supplies, and ensuring a clean and polished office environment within the company budget
  • Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office—ensure that the office is operating smoothly, including but not limited to equipment, maintenance, vendors, food/beverage, and inventory
  • Company asset management: tracking equipment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining office inventory
  • Manage in-office operations escalations with the property management team
  • Track budget and spend for office operations
  • Manage ad hoc projects related to workplace services and operations
  • Answer slack questions in ask-workplace-exp slack channel
  • Resolving workplace tickets
  • Manage in-office events
  • Help with any return to office projects or initiatives
  • 50% travel required, up to 1x/monthly visit to Belfast/Paris office(s) to maintain in-office perks and services

Skills and experience you possess:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong budget management
  • Experience in working with global cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work well with a distributed team
  • Ability to logistically coordinate in-office events
  • Proactive—you anticipate the needs of others before anyone else
  • Proficient in advanced office tool skills: Google Suite, Slack, Confluence/JIRA, and any other administrative tools
