We love what we do and are proud of our work to secure clouds and container environments for thousands of users worldwide.</p> </div> </div><p><strong>Key Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">The Lacework Workplace team is looking for a self-motivated scrappy individual to oversee the day-to-day office operations and maintenance for our London office. This individual will also be responsible for overseeing high-quality Workplace services in our Belfast and Paris offices. In collaboration with our cross-functional partners, you will help facilitate in-office events, onsite team gatherings, and much more as we return to the office. The Workplace experience team works in partnership with our People team, finance, and IT teams to ensure a positive in-office experience working in our London office and other EMEA locations. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Please Note* - This role is required to be in office in our London location with some travel expectations</strong></span></p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Responsible for physical office maintenance; maintaining inventory of kitchen and administrative supplies, and ensuring a clean and polished office environment within the company budget</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office—ensure that the office is operating smoothly, including but not limited to equipment, maintenance, vendors, food/beverage, and inventory</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Company asset management: tracking equipment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining office inventory</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Manage in-office operations escalations with the property management team</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Track budget and spend for office operations </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Manage ad hoc projects related to workplace services and operations </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Answer slack questions in ask-workplace-exp slack channel </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Resolving workplace tickets</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Manage in-office events</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Help with any return to office projects or initiatives </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">50% travel required, up to 1x/monthly visit to Belfast/Paris office(s) to maintain in-office perks and services</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span><span style="font-weight:400;"> </span></p> <p><strong>Skills and experience you possess:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">5+ years of professional experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong budget management</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience in working with global cross-functional teams</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to work well with a distributed team</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to logistically coordinate in-office events </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Proactive—you anticipate the needs of others before anyone else</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Proficient in advanced office tool skills: Google Suite, Slack, Confluence/JIRA, and any other administrative tools </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will have the chance to learn:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Create operational processes where none exist today </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Build and maintain an outstanding office culture</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Lacework is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
