We love what we do and are proud of our work to secure clouds and container environments for thousands of users worldwide.</p> </div> </div><p><strong>Join our Product team</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">As a UX Designer at Lacework, you will work cross-functionally with a talented team of designers, researchers, product managers and engineers to create high quality, seamless user experiences that help our users understand their cloud environments and confidently prioritize their risks.</span></p> <p><strong>What You Will Accomplish</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Create wireframes, user journeys, and UI mockups that help security teams monitor and manage their cloud environment's security posture. </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Become well-versed in security and compliance activities that help secure and protect cloud-native applications. Partner with PM and other stakeholders to understand target users, pain points and influence product roadmap. Design visionary ideas by understanding user motivations and defining complex workflows end-to-end. </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Learn about the competitors for the product area and understand the ecosystem.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Solid understanding of the intricate balance between designing for user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience in building products from scratch and iterating on existing projects</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Execute in a fast-paced and fluid environment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and senior leadership to build a world class user experience and communicate our user experience vision.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to be a hands-on contributor.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building teams and delivering successful User experience projects in a SaaS (Software as Service) context. Experience with B2B products, particularly cloud or security products, is a bonus.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">3+ years of product design experience.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Able to provide a demonstrable portfolio of research and/or design work executed by yourself or a team you were part of, and that showcases exceptional research and design craft on software that has been delivered.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience with a variety of user experience design and research tools and software (eg, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Storybook, Balsamiq etc).</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong communication and presentation skills across a broad set of cross-functional partners.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Salary Range: $163k - $249k USD Annually + <a href="https://www.lacework.com/careers/" target="_blank">Benefits</a> + Bonus + Equity </span></p> <p><em><span style="font-weight:400;">Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training and skill level.</span></em></p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Lacework is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
