Position Overview:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by closing transformational deals with large health systems, academic medical centers, and national health plans. This role is for a strategic seller who thrives on complex, consultative sales cycles and has a track record of building C-suite relationships and exceeding seven-figure quotas. You will be instrumental in shaping how leading healthcare organizations adopt AI to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise-level deals, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with executives to align Kouper’s solutions with system-wide strategic initiativesW

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthtech, healthcare IT, or B2B SaaS selling to large health systems
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and closing deals of $500K+ ACV
  • Deep understanding of healthcare incentive structures, clinical workflows (care coordination, revenue cycle, risk stratification), and regulatory drivers
  • Proven ability to navigate 6-12 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across clinical, financial, and IT
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with ability to engage and persuade C-suite decision-makers
  • Self-starter mentality with high accountability, ownership, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with executives at top 50 U.S. health systems
  • Experience selling AI/ML-driven platforms or agentic AI solutions
  • MBA or advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Experience at high-growth startups or building sales teams from the ground up
