We’re experiencing significant traction and are seeking a Founding Account Executive to help build out the function for scale.
You will
- Become a product expert and help customers use Kick effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
- Work with the CEO, Head of Growth and CX to define and build repeatable sales and partner playbooks
- Track and optimize key metrics like conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth
- Identify, cultivate, and deepen partnerships with key accounting, tax and financial firms
- Be the voice of the customer and advocate with the Product team
We're looking for someone who has
- Proven 3-5+ years track record of meeting & exceeding sales quota targets
- SaaS and startup experience; you take ownership and are comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment
- Experience selling to a technical audience; bonus if you have previous experience working with or selling to accountants or finance
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills
Bonus if you have
- A background being self-employed or understand the needs of individual business owners
- Advanced technical qualifications or experience (e.g. CPA, EA, Tax LLM)
What we offer
- The OTE range for this role is CAD $180,000 - CAD $220,000
