  • Handle incoming office requests from employees and track resolutions.

  • Maintain office documentation and support global Workplace Experience initiatives with reporting and ad‑hoc projects.

  • Help onboard new hires with office tours and local health & safety information.

  • Support local communications (Slack, intranet, info screens).

  • Partner with the Social Committee to plan and run micro‑events, happy hours, and onsite activities from setup to teardown.

Please apply if you have:

  • A proactive, highly organized approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • A people‑first mindset with strong interpersonal skills; friendly, professional, and service‑oriented.

  • Office or operations experience in a fast‑paced environment is helpful but not required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and time‑management skills.

  • Availability to work primarily onsite at the Kaunas office, with occasional work in Vilnius.
