We’re seeking an PR professional to support Global Communications with a focus on internal communications and NORAM PR. This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to operate at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with our People & Culture, Brand Marketing, Growth, Product and Commercial teams to help drive employee engagement and strategic PR coverage.

This role will report to the Director, NORAM Communications.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract, starting in May 2026, with potential to convert to full time. Additionally, this role will be required to work from our Norwalk office at least 3 days per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage internal and external communications for our communications team

  • Develop clear messaging and prepare data-driven materials across multiple channels

  • Support thought leadership across internal and external channels, including LinkedIn

  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments throughout KAYAK including the IT, Legal, Marketing, Product and Commercial teams

  • Prepare leaders for media interviews, speaking opportunities and company-wide meetings

  • Coordinate media monitoring vendors, reporting, and analysis.

Please apply if you have:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience working in an agency and/or in-house setting, with proven results

  • Demonstrated success in building and executing internal and external PR campaigns

  • Comfort using data to inform storytelling and measure impact

  • Media relations experience and strong writing, editing, and messaging skills

  • Passion for travel (preferred, but not required)

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The annual base range for this Connecticut located role is $90,000 - 110,000.00.
