KAYAK is looking for a proactive, adaptable, and highly organized Paralegal, Legal Operations Program Manager to drive essential legal programs while providing support to the Legal team. This role involves balancing program coordination, general paralegal tasks, and providing hands-on support for document management and corporate governance. This role will require working from our Concord, MA office on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the flexibility to work from either Concord or Cambridge on Thursday.
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day legal projects and programs across teams and regions, including ownership of ticketing systems, trackers, and program-management tools.
Assist with drafting and reviewing NDAs and vendor/procurement contracts.
Support corporate governance and entity maintenance activities.
Organize, maintain, and archive legal documents and files throughout their lifecycle.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the legal team, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and process expenses and invoices.
Support and help administer legal tools (for example: contract management systems, e-billing, document management).
Own ad hoc projects consisting of legal strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Assist with litigation matters and perform legal research when needed.
Please apply if you have:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a legal support role, ideally blending specialized legal ops/project management with general paralegal duties.
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred. Non-practicing JD degrees encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience with legal technology and AI tools
Familiarity with Computershare GEMS
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Must be a team player who gets energized by a fast-paced environment.
The ability to easily convert legal analysis into relatable terms.
Delivers structured updates specifying decisions and deadlines.
A reputation for taking the law seriously, but not yourself!

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The salary range for this Massachusetts based role is $100,000 - $120,000.00.
