KAYAK is looking for a motivated Country Manager to lead KAYAK for Business (K4B)’s presence in France. This role reports to the Senior Director, K4B, and will own local efforts to win and support clients. You will also work with global K4B leads across account management, marketing, supplier relations, PR, product and business development.

This role is ideally remote-based in Paris; other locations in France may be considered.
In this role you will:
Lead and coach a local customer-facing team to meet and exceed goals
Identify opportunities, measure product performance, and help shape strategy
Build, grow and manage a portfolio of Enterprise and SMB clients
Manage and develop sales and account teams and coordinate with marketing, PR, product, finance, legal and supplier relations
Use data to improve customer outcomes, drive revenue and enhance user experience
Build strong working relationships across KAYAK for Business teams
Monitor competitors and identify gaps to inform local plans
Please apply if you have:
Experience in business development, sales or account management within the French corporate travel market, or equivalent experience in related sectors (e.g., travel tech, corporate travel agencies, online booking tools)
Demonstrated ability to win and grow client relationships and manage multi-faceted accounts
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working with cross-border or global teams
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with using data and reports to inform decisions
Proficiency in common office tools (examples: Excel, presentation software); specific tool expertise is a plus
Fluency in French (required) and strong professional English
Travel required, mostly domestic and some international as well
