We are currently seeking for a Commercial Manager who will be at the center of our commercial and growth activities for Colombia and other related markets. His main focus is the development and growth of the existing travel accounts, delivering a first class service, as well as the development of new business.
This position is based in Miami and reports to the Commercial Director for North Cone LATAM.
Note, this role is required to work from our Miami office, at least 3 times per week.

Responsibilities
Strengthen and grow business relationships with travel partners in the flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel industry lines.
Bring incremental revenue from the actual partners.
Find and develop business opportunities for his market.
Coordinate and lead meetings with internal stakeholders and clients, providing a first-class service.
Develop a commercial strategy for long-term sustained success
Create proposals and presentations
Coordinate new business deals and the evaluation of existing deals to secure the revenue goals
Effectively manage its own sales pipeline from the prospecting phase to the closing.
Manage all aspects of commercial digital campaign from the launch, progression, results, closing and upselling.
Work closely with the account management team to build and maintain successful relationships with clients, including ongoing consultation and support.
Drive implementation of client plans across multiple teams and products.
Identify gaps & maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation.
Check localization issues and optimization of the local KAYAK site and work with our central IT, quality management and marketing departments, to provide the best user experience possible.
Work along with the Regional Director to identify opportunities or product gaps for the market.
Requirements/Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercializing digital products and Ad Sales, mostly focused on performance. (Travel industry experience is a plus).
Relevant experience in the online industry. Proven knowledge of online marketing metrics and tracking. Solid understanding of the online media industry (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Google Analytics, etc)
Deep knowledge of the Latin American online landscape. Focus in Colombia is a plus.
Strong analytical skills (Advanced Excel is a plus)
Spanish speaker & English fluency (verbal and written)
Knowledge of commercial and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Proven track record of exceeding expectations through superior account management
Target-driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver on target results
Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope simultaneously while prioritizing appropriately
Ability to effectively liaise with KAYAK stakeholders
Good sense of humor. We are looking for an individual who likes working in an unstructured, fast paced environment
