KAYAK is looking for a Creative Production Project Manager who will be leading all aspects of the entire lifecycle of creative production projects! You will also be in charge of enhancing cross-team synergies, managing communication flows and relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all campaigns and post-campaign analysis and reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project management from pre to post-production, including managing project timelines, budgets, and prioritization
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver client reports
  • Ensure quality control and timely outputs across all projects

Creative Asset Development & Quality Control

  • Create and present campaign proposals and briefs as well as manage the development of creative assets (landing pages, media content)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets
  • Stay current with CMS features and implementation

Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Brand, AdOps, Marketing, Localization, and BI) regularly, maintaining clear communication with internal and external collaborators and clients and ensuring alignment
  • Lead client relationships by presenting creative concepts, and incorporate feedback, and campaign reporting

Resource & Vendor Management

  • Organize and work with external vendors, freelancers, and influencers including researching and recommending suitable vendors for campaigns
  • Coordinate contracts and manage production costs (eg. Landing Page production costs, social engagement, and media assets production costs)
  • Handle production logistics (venue booking, travel arrangements, accommodation)

Please apply if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in creative project management, with a focus on marketing, media assets and Landing Page production.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, from concept to execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle internal collaborations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including external vendors and freelancers.
  • Familiarity with designer tools (Eg. FIGMA, Photoshop) and CMS
  • Familiarity with Influencer campaign performance tools (e.g., KLEAR)
  • Problem solving skills and are a driven collaborator
