The Sr. Manager, People Experience will manage the launch of high-impact cross-functional People and Culture (P&C) initiatives, driving the successful delivery and communications of programs to improve the employee experience and support overall business success. This role will manage the launch of talent cycles and new programs, ensuring initiatives are planned, coordinated, and driven through strategic planning, hands-on project management, and effective communication to meet timelines and deliverables across all P&C functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a P&C portfolio of cross-functional projects, programs, ideas, and initiatives that contribute to the overall P&C strategy and objectives and key results aligned with Company strategy.

  • Provide project management support for P&C by facilitating and assisting project activities from development through launch; Create and manage project plans, process documentation, project scope and other defined deliverables.

  • Connect and sync P&C programs with company culture, building and maintaining key connections across a variety of team members and partners.

  • Serve as the key point of contact for managing timelines, partner communication, and ensuring successful & timely delivery.

  • Create and implement a communication approach that drives the P&C communications brand.

  • Develop and implement critical communication plans and assets that align to the roll-out of programs and cross-functional projects.

  • Create, review, and deliver communication assets for the CPO and the broader People & Culture Team including, but not limited to, global company emails, Slack messages, “one-page” support documents, newsletter, and wiki pages.

  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams within P&C and across the business to meet project deliverables.

  • Evaluate the diverse group of employee experiences and integrate a DEI mindset to all initiatives and approaches.

  • Establish partnerships across the business to proactively engage for ideation, solutions, and preparation; listen and seek input from partners and collaborators to inform recommendations and proposals surrounding new programs; using qualitative and quantitative insights to achieve perspective.

  • Maintain timely delivery of initiatives across project stages and life cycles and work to achieve key decisions via effective project management.

  • Drive effective communication and collaboration between global HR teams, business leaders, and partners to ensure alignment and understanding of program goals.

  • Communicate implementation updates throughout the project lifecycle; identify and raise project issues in a timely manner; mitigate potential risks.

  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on the progress and impact of program launches.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners when necessary and manage relationships with key collaborators both internally and externally.

  • Identify change impacts related to initiatives, and the best engagement strategies - partner with team members to understand key areas of impacts to prepare targeted messaging and to determine the appropriate delivery mechanisms (i.e., channels and tactics).

  • 5 -7 years experience in corporate and/or HR communication

  • 5+ years experience in HR or employee-focused function with knowledge and understanding of the employee life-cycle

  • Experience working in a global company

  • Experience in change management requiring employee engagement, adoption, and training

  • Excellent partner management and communication - able to communicate with diverse global teams at all levels

  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional projects/initiatives within an HR function

  • Experience working with various communication channels and platforms such as Slack, Canva, internal company intranet, etc.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; communication, diplomacy, leadership and presentation skills

  • Strong understanding and demonstration of project management methodology

  • Skilled problem solver with strong collaboration capabilities

  • Ability to quickly adjust strategies to meet the needs of collaborators

  • Experience in employee branding and social media strategies

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $140,000 - $184,000.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
