The Program Manager of DEI will collaborate, build, and execute programs that strengthen the OpenTable | KAYAK commitment to diversity and inclusion. This role will implement the OK DEI strategy in alignment with Booking Holdings Inc. objectives to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion capabilities in the workplace.

In this role, you will:

  • Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative, bespoke strategies to foster and reinforce OK’s diversity and inclusion goals

  • Develops and manages programs and forums to strengthen DEI proficiency across the teams and at all levels

  • Partners with Learning & Development to develop and/or acquire training and development to aid DEI initiatives

  • Partners with Talent Aquisition to create and implement recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds

  • Leads ERG program, ensuring a self-sustaining model with capability to support the BHI and OK DEI strategy and objectives

    • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for the ERG leaders (incl. co-chairs and executive sponsors) and members

    • Manage ERG budgets and facilitate annual planning process

    • Develop and enhance metrics that measure ERG impact

  • Manages employee learning and dialogue platforms - Speaker Series, Digital Learning Journey, Onboarding, etc. - in collaboration with partners, such as Internal Communications, People Partners, ERG Executive Sponsors, and Legal

  • Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices

  • Acts as consultant to the business for internal and external DEI messaging (eg Internal Communications, Marketing, People & Culture, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Desire for continued personal learning and development

  • Passionate about promoting DEI

  • Ability to balance multiple business priorities

  • Experience operating in a global environment with appreciation of cultural differences, and ability to build consensus across geographies and business units

  • Experience building business cases and presenting to various stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (research, writing, editing, presentation, speaking) with the ability to quickly build credibility and influence

  • Self motivated and successful in operating independently with limited oversight

  • Analytical approach, with ability to draw actionable insights from data

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $95,000 - $123,000.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
