Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and consult with customers before vehicle purchase to assess their expectations and concerns.
  • Identify minor vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or enhancements prior to delivery.
  • Convince and guide customers on the benefits of fixing minor issues before purchase to ensure a better ownership experience.
  • Promote and upsell Kavak Plus packages, extended warranties, and service packages.
  • Clearly explain product offerings, pricing, and value propositions to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop and technical teams to ensure timely completion of agreed repairs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and conversion of upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets related to upgrades and service packages.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and common concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
  • Good knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  • Experience with specific automotive brands or service platforms is an advantage.
