Your mission

We are looking for a Assistant Brand Manager Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This role bridges creative ideation and operational delivery, working closely with internal agencies, media, and cross-functional teams to bring brand strategies to life. The ABM will manage day-to-day project workflows, track campaign performance, and contribute to building a differentiated and culturally relevant brand presence in the market.

What will you do?

  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery.
  • Creative Coordination: Manage the briefing process with the internal agency and external suppliers, reviewing creative assets for brand alignment and quality standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Monitor adherence to brand guidelines across all materials, touchpoints, and communications—both physical and digital.
  • Cross-functional Liaison: Coordinate with Media, CRM, Retail, Legal, and Finance teams to align campaign deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Compile and analyze campaign results, building dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making by brand leadership.
  • Vendor & Production Management: Support the production of POS materials, outdoor, and branded assets—supervising timelines, quality, and budget execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, category trends, and cultural moments to inform brand strategy and campaign ideation.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and internal approval workflows.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience
  • Background in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or Project Management
  • Industry experience in Advertising Agency, FMCG/Consumer Goods, or Tech/Start-Ups
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of brand fundamentals, project management, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva)
  • Familiarity with basic brand metrics
  • Basic proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
