Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, review, and process daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Manage petty cash reconciliation, including reviewing receipts, maintaining records in Google Sheets, and updating transactions in Zoho Books
- Assist senior finance team members in preparing and completing account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update vendor bill allocations and related summaries.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of bank accounts and digital wallets to ensure transaction accuracy.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field like M.Com, MBA finance, CA Inter, ACCA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ZOHO books) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3-5 years of experience maximum.
