Job Description
The People Manager is responsible for driving the organization's people strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, employee experience, performance management, organizational development, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives. We are a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, requiring agility and adaptability. Additionally, the People Manager will collaborate closely with the Global People team to align with and implement global initiatives, ensuring consistency and integration of best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations and Compliance
Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Manage payroll, benefits, and employee relations functions.
Leverage HR technology and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports the organization’s goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, including talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition and Retention
Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract and retain high-performing talent.
Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.
Develop employee value propositions to enhance engagement and retention.
Performance Management and Development
Implements processes and systems for the talent review process designed by the global team.
Establish learning and development programs to support employee growth.
Lead initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
Employee Engagement and Culture
Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a steward of the organization’s culture, ensuring it reflects its values and vision.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven HR leadership experience.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.Proven track record in developing and implementing people strategies in a dynamic environment.
