Your mission

We’re looking for a Growth Strategy Specialist to lead the demand generation strategy for our financial products in Mexico — auto purchase financing and loans with cars as collateral. This is a strategic, cross-functional marketing role where you’ll ensure these products are embedded at the right stages of the car buying and selling journey. You’ll design initiatives across Paid Media, CRM, and Brand to drive high-quality leads and placements, while partnering with Product and Risk teams to make sure our growth priorities stay aligned with business objectives.

What will you do?

• Define and execute demand generation initiatives for financing and loan products, leveraging Paid Media, CRM, Brand, and Organic.
• Ensure financial products are positioned and activated at the right points in the car buying and selling journey.
• Monitor funnel performance (applications → approvals → disbursements) and identify marketing actions to improve conversion efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Risk teams to align on growth priorities and support originations strategy.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize CAC and ROI of marketing initiatives related to financial products.

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years in Growth, Marketing, or Strategy (ideally fintech, digital banking, or ecommerce).
• Experience in customer acquisition and funnel optimization for financial services or digital products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategy.
• Advanced English proficiency.
