Your mission!

We’re looking for an Insights & AI Specialist to join our Branding team! This role will be key in defining and optimizing Kavak’s content strategy based on data, consumer insights, and AI tools. The objective will be to transform information into relevant, scalable, and innovative content that strengthens brand presence and connects with both local and regional audiences.

What will you do?

  • Cross-country Blog Implementation: Define the strategy for topics, categories, and guidelines
  • AI applied to Content: Test and apply tools for generation, SEO, and performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that branding, tone, and themes are aligned across countries.
  • Consumer Insights: Interpret brand studies, NPS, and social listening to adjust content to customer motivations.
  • Impact Metrics: Lead the monitoring of KPIs related to awareness, engagement, consideration, and associated attributes.
  • Innovation: Bring new trends and formats to keep Kavak relevant.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Consumer Psychology, or related fields (postgraduate studies in Data Analytics or Content Strategy are valued).
  • Minimum of 3 years in roles related to strategic marketing, consumer research, content strategy, or digital communication.
  • Previous experience working with AI tools for content.
  • Proficiency in marketing data analysis: brand tracking, CRM, Google Analytics, social media, or social listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch).
  • Proven ability in storytelling and developing data-driven narratives.
