Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with CRM systems, managing data entry tasks, and handling product listings on third-party classified platforms. This role requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Create and manage product listings across third-party classified and marketplace platforms.
- Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Organize and maintain records using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other digital tools.
- Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct errors.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely updates on leads and product listings.
- Meet daily/weekly data entry targets while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate basic reports and summaries from leads added, tasks completed, and the number of products listed or re-priced as required.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CRM systems (any platform).
- Prior experience in data entry, lead management, or product listings.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with platforms such as Dubizzle, Dubicars, or other classified sites.
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and data organization.
- Familiarity with project management skills.
- Prior experience in automotive, e-commerce, or sales operations is a plus.
