Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify parts and inventory deliveries
- Tag, label, store items correctly and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or spare items and suggest action plans
- Generate and analyse inventory reports for trends and decision-making
- Coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory based on demand forecasts
- Manage returns to OEMs, vendors, and handle claims or defective parts
- Uphold premises cleanliness, organization, and SOP compliance
- Liaise with operations, logistics, workshop, and finance departments
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in automotive or inventory management
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, capable of accurate data tracking
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to handle part movement and peak-time demands
