Objective

We request the incorporation of 2 senior designers profiles with a high degree of autonomy, omnichannel e-commerce, systems thinking, strong AI focus, and deep business understanding to accelerate our transformation from a transactional company to a relational company, scaling our capabilities through automation, personalization, and design efficiency.

Role mission

Lead the design of customer-centric, omnichannel trade experiences from discovery to financing, purchase, and post-sale while ensuring speed, consistency, and scalability through a centralized, AI-enabled Design System.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and iteration for critical trade flows (buy, sell, trade-in, financing, post-sale).
  • Design seamless, personalized experiences across web, app, chatbot, hubs, CRM, and voice, ensuring persistent context and brand consistency.
  • Translate customer insights and business needs into intuitive, high-impact product solutions.
  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams to define priorities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop high-quality UX deliverables: user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and UI designs.
  • Validate designs through usability testing, experimentation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead the evolution of Kavak’s Design System, enabling speed, quality, and cross-team consistency.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate design tasks, adapt content dynamically, and optimize microinteractions.
  • Track and report on KPIs like conversion, retention, delivery speed, adoption, and error reduction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design (eCommerce, marketplaces, or fintech preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and measurable business impact.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, research methods, and usability principles.
  • Proven experience designing for omnichannel customer journeys and trade flows.
  • Proficiency in Figma and deep knowledge of design systems.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools for design acceleration and content adaptation.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics and experimentation.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, including direct work with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and able to balance speed with quality.

Work Schedule: Full-time, hybrid model (Buenos Aires).
