Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding service options and procedures.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding vehicle systems and services.
- Ensure familiarity with common service procedures and vehicle systems.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to facilitate service requests and progress updates.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Valid UAE driver's license.
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with vehicle systems and common service procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
