Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all coordination related to arrangement of documents from new joiners.
Handling all visa related process & documentation in MOHRE & GDRFA i.e.
New/Renew/Cancellation of Visas, Medical Examinations, Emirates ID, Tawjeeh Training etc.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Handling all payroll process, including overtime, deductions & incentives
HRIS Management: including maintenance and updating of the data.
Admin: Support HRBPs with letter writing, contract drafting, and ad hoc tasks, ensuring templates are maintained for quick turnaround.
Generate people data reports to provide insights on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount)
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in HR or Finance roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
