Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our After Sales team remotely. This role is open to UAE Nationals and involves being the first point of contact for customers reaching out via WhatsApp. You’ll assist with their inquiries and claims, and ensure smooth coordination with the internal team for timely follow-up and resolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming WhatsApp messages from customers related to after sales service, claims, or general inquiries.
  • Acknowledge and respond to customer messages in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Gather necessary information related to customer concerns and escalate or relay to the appropriate internal team members for follow-up (primarily phone calls).
  • Track and update the status of claims and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Keep the After Sales team informed by providing clear and accurate updates on each case.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and handovers via internal CRM or communication tools.
  • Proactively identify and report common customer issues or process gaps to support ongoing improvement.



Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be eligible for the Emiratisation program and hold the corresponding Family Book
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service, After Sales, or Call Center environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Arabic (WhatsApp-based support).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, internal chat/email platforms).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with internal departments.
