Job Description
What will be your mission?
Edge Devices (Servers):
Install, configure, and maintain Edge Device to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks.
Monitor server health and address any performance issues or errors.
System admin, Genesis (tool), ideally GCC experience (local laws - licenses)
PBX and PRI Lines:
Administer and manage PBX and PRI lines for efficient telecommunication services.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to PBX and PRI lines.
Collaborate with telecommunication service providers to ensure uninterrupted communication channels.
Phone line for a contact centers
Internet Leased Line and Broadband:
Manage internet leased line connections and broadband services.
Monitor network bandwidth usage and ensure adequate resources for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize internet performance.
Local network/wifi and admin support
Mobile Phones Usage and Monitoring:
Oversee the mobile phone system, including device provisioning, configuration, and support.
Monitor mobile phone usage, data plans, and costs.
Implement mobile device management policies and security measures.
Managing IT and Network Support for Local Offices:
Provide IT support and troubleshooting for local offices.
Install, configure, and maintain local office networks, ensuring reliable connectivity.
Collaborate with local office staff to address IT-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree or proven studies in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3+ years proven experience as an IT Support / System Administrator, preferably in a multi-office environment.
Strong knowledge of Cloud and On-Premise Contact Center Solutions. Experience with Genesys and Avaya systems will be preferred.
Contact center experience is a must
Familiarity with internet leased lines, broadband connections, and mobile phone systems specifically in the GCC region.
Proficient in network administration and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
