Job Description

Your Mission:

As part of the Sales Finance and Insurance team at Kavak, you will help us deliver the best customer experience in the tech/automotive retail industry.

What will you do?

  • Handle the entire Finance and Insurance paperwork process for customers who buy a pre-owned car at Kavak, ensuring every transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • You will provide a delightful customer experience, maintaining continuous engagement with customers throughout the finance and insurance stages of their journey and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during this process.
  • You will propose and implement ideas to improve the finance and insurance customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Call Center team to ensure a seamless transition for customers.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a Relationship Manager or as a Finance & Insurance agent in the automotive industry.
  • Positive attitude and integrity to build trust and achieve success while offering a jaw-dropping experience to our customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced English proficiency level
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A deep understanding of our value proposition and the ability to empathize with others
  • Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ideally, a genuine passion for cars!
