Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment or systems.
• Supervise and support junior technicians in day-to-day tasks and development.
• Ensure work is carried out according to safety standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with engineers, service advisors, or clients to assess technical issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service work, inspections, and parts usage.
• Recommend improvements to processes, tools, or equipment based on field experience.
• Keep up to date with latest industry developments, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in training programs and contribute to the technical upskilling of the team.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certificate in relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical procedures.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable to the role).
