Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Car Classification:

  • Analyze and map vehicles from classifieds and third party sources to the appropriate in our internal catalog.
  • Ensure accuracy in vehicle make, model identification, facelift versions, and technical specifications.
  • Continuously audit and refine vehicle data to maintain catalog consistency.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the UAE automotive industry.
  • Monitor changes in car models, facelifts, and pricing dynamics.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on market dynamics and vehicle depreciation trends.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of catalogue specialist.
  • Conduct regular training to providing guidance and uphold high mapping standards and pricing methodologies.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the pricing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of pricing data and catalog accuracy.
  • Act as a point of contact for catalog-related inquiries and ensure swift resolution of discrepancies.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive Car Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including industry norms, specifications, trim levels, and facelift versions.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in the car industry in roles related to pricing, cataloging, or automotive purchase / sales.
  • Training Skills: Ability to lead and train a small team, ensuring high performance and accuracy in their work.
  • Detail-Oriented & Multitasking: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to assess and map vehicles accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey pricing insights and collaborate with internal teams.
