Your Mission:

As a Senior Pricing Analyst you will drive our pricing strategy, develop insights, and enhance our analytical capabilities. This role requires someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to take initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics and reporting experience using tools like SQL, Google Sheets, Looker, and Tableau. We leverage data, technology, and analytics to optimize pricing strategies, ensuring maximum value for both customers and stakeholders. Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal data to identify opportunities and risks.
  3. Build insights and analysis to support decision-making across teams.
  4. Create and manage pricing models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and other BI tools.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations) to align pricing strategies with business goals.
  6. Provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative insights to improve pricing efficiency.
  7. Continuously monitor pricing performance and iterate strategies based on data insights.
  8. Work in a fast-moving startup environment, adapting to new challenges with a proactive approach.

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, data analytics, or a similar role in the automotive, tech, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and other BI/data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

This is a contract role, and the candidate will be responsible for securing their own visa sponsorship, as the company will not provide one.
