Your mission

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Strategy & Analytics Data Analyst to join our team. This role supports data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and business growth, delivering insights and actionable recommendations aligned with Growth Marketing objectives and OKRs.

What will you do?

• Create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for key Growth indicators.
• Support stakeholder presentations with data analysis and visualizations.
• Gather, extract, analyze and interpret data from different sources to develop business insights.
• Monitor and track OKRs and key metrics.
• Document team processes and methodologies.
• Support cross-functional projects.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular data quality checks and validations.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on marketing analytics preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and transformation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
