About Our Core AI Team

We are a central team developing AI capabilities that redefine how and revolutionize the car buying and selling experience. By collaborating closely with business and operations teams, we ensure faster integration and deliver real-world impact. We take on challenging problems in the fast-moving AI landscape.

About this role

This is an individual contributor role. You will wear many hats(Generalist). We need someone who is strong in backend and infrastructure engineering and willing to explore new AI technologies.

What will you do?

• Building core AI capabilities to enhance our products and integrate with key systems.
• Building developer tools/practices with a focus on improving the current way of working as well as productivity of the team
• Developing observability and monitoring capabilities for AI systems.
• Drive new methodologies for improved Software Engineering and Productivity experience.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, writing maintainable application code
• Experience in cloud-native architecture and a solid understanding of the underlying infrastructural primitives.
• Experience with at least one Cloud provider (AWS preferred) (2+ yr)
• 2+ years developing and deploying APIs with Python and Go.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, job queues, messaging systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with APIs interacting with LLMs is a plus.
