Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Growth Strategy team at Kavak. This position offers the opportunity to work with complex data sets, develop advanced analytics solutions, and influence data-driven decision-making to optimize business performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global data groups to enhance our analytics capabilities and drive impactful growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and automate sophisticated reporting solutions using tools like SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Lead complex data analysis projects to extract actionable insights that guide business strategy.
• Design and implement advanced analytical models for performance evaluation and customer segmentation.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards to track key business and marketing metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing for optimization of marketing and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Create predictive models and algorithms to forecast trends and enhance decision-making.
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate insights into strategic initiatives.
• Support the development of attribution models to improve tracking of growth performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or consumer finance.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience optimizing complex queries.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and conducting A/B testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical insights to non-technical audiences.
• English proficiency required.
