We are looking for a Junior Performance Management Analyst to join our Strategy team, which leads various global projects at Kavak.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional with up to 1 year of experience in the field, eager to grow in a dynamic environment with a strategic focus. The role primarily involves managing Kavak’s Performance Management System and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and engagement with the program.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between departments to align objectives and expectations related to the performance management processes.
• Collect, analyze, and validate performance-related data to ensure accuracy in reporting updates.
• Develop clear and actionable reports for distribution across departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, prepare, and launch monthly status updates for the Performance Management Scheme.
• Participate in the creation of presentations and documentation to support strategic decision-making.
• Support in the operational management of performance-related projects.

Requirements:

• Recently graduated or about to graduate in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Digital Business, or related fields.
• Advanced level of English.
• Up to 1 year of prior experience in administrative, operational, or analytical roles (nice to have).
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Proactive with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

It would be a plus if you have the following:

• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience interacting with different departments within the company.
• Interest in data analysis and process improvement.
