What will be your mission?

• Design, launch, and iterate communications and incentives to achieve each country's business objectives.
• Track CRM-related metrics with a customer-centric and incremental approach.
• Define, execute, and measure the experimentation agenda to ensure continuous improvement: channel, audience, message, creative, etc.
• Build the monthly CRM communications calendar.
• Report progress to local stakeholders and align priorities according to the business’ needs.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Engineering, Administration, or similar analytical-oriented fields.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data and metrics for decision-making.
• Experience with SQL is valued
• Experience in CRM tools such as Insider, Braze, Mailchimp, Salesforce (nice to have).
• Advanced English level is a must, as you will be communicating with international providers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
